L.J.T 2017 First Session of New Staff Training

Recently, the two-day "L.J.T 2017 First Session of New Staff Training" opened classes as scheduled. The current session of training included two parts, classroom lectures and project visits.

Zhu Wei, General Manager, delivered a mobilization speech to the new staff in this session: “The new staff shall quickly adapt to the company's culture, system and process; communicate with the senior employees, and learn from the excellent quality of the "Predecessors". In the first year, they shall not blindly put forward comments or suggestions to the company, but should do their own work properly first. The lecturers from all departments explained the company's various systems and standards, dedicated to help new employees carry out their work more smoothly. In the apprentice ceremony, the mentors expressed their expectations to the "Apprentice" they were mentoring, and hoped that the new colleagues of the company could work hard, study earnestly. The mentors would also fully teach all their own knowledge and skills to the apprentice. New employees expressed that they would learn modestly and implement earnestly, to learn from the excellent experience of "Mentors" thoroughly.

New Staff Apprentice Ceremony


The new staff visited the company’s landmark buildings in construction: Suzhou Center project. Suzhou Center complex covered an area of about 167,000 square meters, the project planning and development total construction area was about 1.13 million square meters, with the collection of shopping centers, office buildings, service apartments and hotels. The project manager introduced the overall situation, construction technology, difficult highlights and other aspects of the project in details, combined with the theoretical knowledge learning in the morning, to help the new employees have a better understanding of the company's business.
